877-859-1347

I just received a call from a restricted # and they left a voice message stating that they were a process server wanting to serve me with legal documents that were attached to my name and SSN.  They also left a number for me to contact the company that was trying to serve me (877-859-1347) so that I could "resolve the matter".  I called and of course got voice mail for a Scott Wozniak and have yet to receive a call back.  I'm no expert on being served, but I am pretty sure that they do not call you prior to serving you....right?  I am guessing this is a scam, but we will see.

Yep, big time scam. Go to the CFPB web site and the web site of your state attorney general to learn more and to report the scum that called you.
