BEWARE!!!  This "company" repeatedly contacted my mother who has Alzheimer's.  They tricked her into giving them her checking account information.  Next, they started pulling hundreds of dollars from her account.  The "goods" that they offer are exorbitantly overpriced.  For example: a tin of cookies for $50 plus another $10 for shipping (this same item costs about $1.50 at WalMart).  We've gotten a lawyer, the bank is helping and seeking prosecution on fraud charges.  Currently trying to contact Arizona AG.  This guy has got me really P.O.'d!!!

Same problem as you had.  $69.00 for light bulbs. I luckily intercepted the package before mom, then called the company.  The man who answered thought I was my mother, and was all "Hey L___, You are the lady who loves our cookies."  I blasted him a new one, which he was clearly not expecting.  The only good thing is my mother did not give her bank account # to these rip off artists.  They sent a bill, which I returned along with a stern warning to never call again.  They are still calling her.  She has Alzheimer's as well, and I have busted my rear trying to get her to stop throwing what little money she has at crooks!  I am way past P.O'd.  I am LIVID!  Sorry to hear that they got to your mother.

I forgot to add that I sincerely wish you luck dealing with this.  Check out their facebook page... A VERY angry person has posted on it.  They have one "like", and have obviously not checked their page in a while!  Also, I checked them out on the BBB web site.  I seem to recall they are not registered but have many complaints and an "F" grade.
