EOCCA Debt Collection

I keep getting calls for debt collection for my X-wife and her husband. we have been divorced for over 20 years  , I have no idea how to get in contact with her. how do I get this to stop??????

I've had these people call a few times asking for my NEIGHBOR!!!  I have called them back asking not to call me about my neighbor.  I asked her how she got my number and she said by looking up the address as I have the same address as my neighbor, but live in different apartments.  Each time I call back to get my number off their list, they still call back anyway.
Is this legal?  looking up addresses and calling for a neighbor?  
I am getting sick of all the calls that start at 8 in the morning until late at night (not all from them, but from not for profit groups too)
