This number called and did not leave a message.

Same number called again 4 hours later. Still no message.

This number has been calling everyday on my cell phone. I do not want them to call.

This was Dominion Power trying to collect final payment after moving and they did not have a complete address for me.  This call is before it goes to a debt collector.

Yes, this number ( 877-863-2159 ) called multiple times today and hung up - no message.

Same here. This number (877-863-2159) called me a couple of times today - no message.

It is a bill collector....  CBE Group

I got a call from this number and I am supposed to be on the no call list.  Someone said it is a bill collector.  I have no bills that need to be collected. I pay my bills.

It's the CBE Group, a collection agency. They do not leave messages and do not fall under the "Do Not Call" government list because they are not selling anything. Just call them back and they will tell you who they are collecting for. They will give you the company they represent as well as the amount in question. I had a PG&E bill that got lost in the mail after I moved and they (PG&E) never sent a second notice to my new residence even thou I had a change of address with them (PF&E). CBE will even give you the phone number of the company that is saying you are past due. So call the reporting company to find out why they reported you to CBE.

If they are trying to collect something, why don't they leave a message! What's the point to keep calling?

They've been calling me for 6 months and thanks to this fourm I decided to call them again because I've called them twice before with a hold ringtone and no answer. Turns out the lady who had my number before me owed them money. I'm 18 and haven't even had a job yet so when I saw 'debt collector' I was like [***] I hope no one stole my scocial.

I keep getting a call from this number, which I answer EVERYTIME! But no one is ever there... I refuse to call the # back due to so many International Scams... Just blocked on my iPhone so all calls will now be ignored going forward... 😀

Called at least once a day at 1pm and/or 430pm and/or 730pm everyday for the past 3-4 weeks. No message when I ignored. No speaking when I answer.

Called 5 times in one day and left no message

This number called (877)863-2159 and left a message. The person leaving the message said this was an attempt to collect a debt. & they are from the CBE Collection Group. The call back number that they left on our answering machine was (888)499-5501. Of course knowing that we have no debts owed, I will call this number to find out what is going on. Yes we are on the "National No-Call List" as well. I pray that this is helpful to someone.

No one speaking when I answer, no message left when I miss the call either
