Voice message claiming to be representing my mortgage company, which is current and has never been overdue...

If you bought your home from Clayton they are just trying to see if you would recommend someone else to purchase a home from that dealer.

Person claiming to be from Mortgage Company called and left message that they needed five questions answered. Returning the call to 877-863-7722 reached the Clayton Homes Corp office, not the mortgage company they claimed to be representing. Representative repeatedly dodged my questions to determine the nature of the call and the reasons for the questions. Not a well informed representative, was not prepared to inform me in a professional way as to the nature of the call, who she was, etc. She was very curt and just wanted her questions answered, felt as if she didn't want to deal with me. Not a great experience.
