I believe is a debt collector. The voicemail message said they are a patient financial service and that it was important that she reach me about my account , of which I don't have . Also left the number to call back as. 877 -863 -8900

I called the number back from my office phone.  They responded as "Payments MD" and said that my number is associated with some kind of hospital care (bill, I guess).  They said they needed the hospital info (I haven't been to a hospital).  I informed them that that was incorrect and asked them if I gave them the cell number they were calling me on, could they remove my number from their calling list.  They said they could not unless I called them back from the number at which they called me.  That sounded bogus.  But I called them back from the number they had on file and asked them to remove my number, that they had an incorrect phone number. They said they would.  It sounds like they are a hospital debt collection agency of some kind; either that or some kind of scam.
