This company is constantly contacting friends and relatives about a debt that I am unaware of. They are contacting friends and relatives that I have never used as references, and threatening them.

I've gotten calls from this number everyday for the past 4 days

I have heard from this number every day for the past 4 days about a debt in 2012,
which they claim is my daughters', and she has documentation that it is
no longer active.

Got 3 calls on Monday from this number, asking that me or my attorney contact them immediately or else they will send authorities to home or job to serve papers. They left this number, some case number but no name of who they were, that doesn't seem too professional to me. Who does that kind of stuff?!!

I received a call from this number..Very threatening.  I called them back and requested the "official" papers and copies of the debt that I supposably owed on a defaulted payday loan in 2009!! Whenever I tried to ask the question,the man said that I was being rude and talking over him and being combatant over the phone! Liar, Liar, liars!!!!! this is a scam folks!!!! Do not ever give them a red cent! it is required by Federal law that they must send you copies of the complaints filed against you for any fraudulent debt.....
