rcvd message frm this number -that they are calling on behalf of bank of america? they do not represent bank of america. i call back and got a recording to leave a message in general mailbox, someone would call me back.

got a call from this number today and didn't answer. called the number back and the recording claimed that they were a debt collector for bank of america. i called BOA and advised that i should ignore the calls (i was planning on that anyway). really bank of america ? get your s**t under control. pay one of your 7,000 attorneys to hunt these dirt bags down. do something for your customers why don't cha. do some good for once ....

My husband and I have tried working with AMS for options on our home. They said to send 40k and they would CONSIDER an option..... yeah right. Watch yourselves with this one.
