I received a letter from CAPITAL ALLIANCE GROUP with a check for $59,685.02.  After checking the BBB and seeing all the negative complaints about them, the only conclusion I could draw is that this is a scam whereby you give then personal information, they promise you the sun moon & stars, but only steal money from your checking account instead.  Some people were taken for almost a thousand dollars in the form of a "none refundable processing fee"!  When the BBB contacted them, they would respond with things like, a check was in the mail, or the customer would receive a full refund, but sadly none of the complaints were ever satisfied according to the customers.

Also - I noticed that the zip code on the outside of the envelope didnt match the address on the letterhead.  The zip for CAPITAL ALLIANCE GROUP listed on the letterhead is 92705 (Santa Ana, CA) a far cry from the zip on the envelope which was 76161 (Fort Worth, TX)  It was in very tiny print, I guess they didnt think anyone would notice!
