Got a call from this number at my work/desk phone, while I was on a call with someone else. I didn't click over, and they didn't leave a message.

Calling unpublished line 8x's daily. won't free up line until robo-message is finished

It's a SCAM pretending to be from Microsoft tech support claiming to be refunding my money for a tech support that I had paid for months earlier. I did not purchase any tech anything from Microsoft since I do my own computer troubleshooting and service. This is a scam aimed at two types of people: the highly uneducated, and the crooked types looking to get something for nothing, dishonestly. If your either of those than answer or call them back and give them all your info so they can steal your identity and ruin your life

Got a cal claiming to be Microsoft support and I need to contact them for a refund of a purchase I made  I didn't purchase anything.  Big time scam.

Got same call from Microsoft support about a refund for something the caller claimed I'd bought. The call started out with "Don't hang up" and became increasingly less plausible, especially since I hadn't picked up but was listening to the answering machine. Then she gave a number to call back. Suppose you wanted to talk by phone to a person from Microsoft. What are your chances of getting any number at all?

They left a voicemail saying I have a refund coming because the company went out of business.  I returned the call, knowing it was a scam of some type.  When I asked who it was, he said "I am your father".  I said "no, it's not".  He then proceeded to call me every filthy name in the book in a very long spiel and hung up.  Crazy.

That's definitely harrassment!

Left vmail that said some company has closed down and to call the number. The message was broken so I could not make the out the company name. Robocall scam artists.

Message stating something about money and I better call because it will not be refunded once the company closes but don't say what company, hmmmmm

A voicemail was left saying they have to refund my money because they have been ordered to close down.

They're still at it. I submitted a complaint to the National Do Not Registry thing,  I bet that will get it stopped ha ha. I called them back and asked for my $1 Million dollar refund. cheaters . . . wont give it back . . . they hung up on ME!

Same as other responders. Got a call telling me call for my refund as the company was closing down. I did not order any of their Microsoft "Protection". Since I was never a customer, I would not be entitled to any refund. This was nothing but a scam, probably fishing for your banking information so they could wire you your "refund."

Received a VM that they are Microsoft with a refund for tech support from a company going out of business.  THIS IS A SCAM.  Do not give them any information.  I just blocked the number and hope they don't reach me again calling from another number.

I received the exact same call and I also had not paid for any technical help. I figured it was just a scam.
