This number is now showing up on my credit card bill for $29.95 a month and I did not order any type of service.

I just visited Vista Printing online just to see how much it would cost to get some bookmarks printed. I never ordered a thing. NOW VISTA PRINTING HAS CHARGED MY ACCOUNT $29.95! I WANT my money back now! How the HELL did they get my account number? I never put any of that information in.

Someone else probably visited the site, made a purchase, and used your card number for it.  Whoever did that, will probably continue making purchases with your number, unless they are stopped.

Contact the bank that issued your card. Dispute the charge, and make they sure they close the acct and open you a new one with a new number.

File a police report. Give a copy of the police report to your bank.

Your bank will give the money back to you, and take the money back from VistaPrint. VistaPrint will most likely then take action against whoever placed the order.

Well you are almost right.  The folks who got a $29.95 charge probably did business with a company named  Ultimate.  They give you a $100 gift card if you look at their buying and magazine services -- which have a monthly charge of $39.95 and $29.95 respectively.  You get 21 days to cancel the introductory offer or you get these charges to your credit card.  I cancelled well before the 21 days -- did NOT use the $100 gift card -- and still got
charged $29.95.  I decided to shutdown my credit card and reactivate it with a new number.  I don't have a warm and fuzzy feeling knowing that Ultimate has my credit card number and can charge to my account (even though they are a legit company and probably wouldn't do anything illegal).  Lesson learned for me was no one is going to give you anything for free.

Am also do not know who they are and taking $25.00 OUT OF MY CHASE ACCOUT!!!

Mary posted here 5 years ago.  I think your efforts would be better spent calling up Chase and getting the information that you need as well as stopping the withdrawals and possibly getting the money back.

I never talked to anyone or ordered anything as far as I can remember but a 1.95 charge just showed up on my bank statement.

Happened to me too. Chase texted me and I responded no. Hope that it’s over.
