- Kat replies to Wilton Rodgers"what's up with that" is they're trying to scam you. NEVER give a random caller personal information of any sort, no matter WHO they claim to be.
- SusanThey claimed that they were calling from TRDP the old Dental Dental that is ending EOY and about FEDVIP open enrollment that has already ended. This program is replacing the old military retiree dental and vision benefits program. They left an extensive message with supposed contact numbers and such. However we already got official emails from government sources so I bet this is phishing scam after the fact. The caller id says it all.

- MarkIt is the same number as customer support for BENEFEDS. But, my golden rule is that no one from any large private or federal entity is going to call. They'll email or snail mail if it's legitimate. Calls from Microsoft telling you that your computer is in danger are absurd. I just made the transfer to BENEFEDS (FEDVIP) and it was all online. I'd get reminders to enroll prior to 10 Dec and, once I enrolled, I received a confirmation email. Phone calling is a huge resource drain, it's inefficient, and hard to document - which is why companies and agencies, collectively, don't do it.
