I just received a message from them also.  What is this?

I received a call and I called them back. This female told me I had committed fraud, I said what? She got smart and when I said I need to give you my lawyers number she hung up!

Hi. I also returned a call from this number, and was told I wrote fraudualant checks...
The man on the phone was the most ignorant person I have ever spoken to. He threatened to send someone to my work and serve me papers...I hung up on him...he called me back again...all of these phone calls are made to my work....I told him to go ahead and serve me the papers.

These people from this number have called every family member from Chicago, to Wisconsin, to Arizona...telling my family that I am writing fradualant checks...I have not had a checking account in years...Well now they won't stop calling my work...The jerk even threatned to send someone to my home as well as my work...I tried to talk to them, but ended up hanging up on them, due to him getting me so upset.

This is a scam - all you have to do is tell them that you are recording the phone call and will be reporting them to the State's Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission.  Call them on it - tell them they are trying to scam  you - if they are going to serve you papers they won't tell you - the constable will show up without your knowledge.
