They have been calling me everyday for over a month about a returned check written to Pizza Hut. I asked them for the check number and date, and I told them they have the wrong person because my records do not show that check being written recently. They continue calling about the same thing, seems like a scam to me.

For the last two weeks I have been receiving messages for "April" but they never left a phone number until today.
When I phoned them, they answered, "Security Check".  I told them I wasn't April and they hung up on me.  I called back and they hung up on me again.  The third time I phoned I told them not to hang up and explained, 1) they have the wrong person and 2) I didn't appreciate being harassed.
The woman was extremely rude and abrasive and then hung up.
I phoned in a complaint to the National Do Not Call Service.

I keep getting calls from this number.  They ask for Rosemary.  Never heard of her, and I have stated that at least a dozen times.  Sometimes the line goes dead, or they simply hang up.

I have received numerous calls from these people looking for a Gloria Ward.  I told them everytime I answer the phone that I do not know a Gloria and requested them not to call me again.  4 times I was informed that my number was removed.  I had one agen informed me that they are not responsible for the number that Gloria had given them.  I spoke to Carlos who told me he will have my number removed from the list.  I received another call today, I called back and spoke to Jessica, I informed Jessica that the next time I will have my attorney call them back.  Jessica was rude and short with me.  I can't believe they will not even offer an apology for their mistake.

I called the alt number and spoke to couple individuals there.  They did confirm that the 877-892-4325 numbr is their's.

I get a call from this company very day on my cell phone.  They ask for Bonnie Hill.  I reply the have the wrong number.  I called to ask them to take me off their list, they were very rude.

Same thing as everyone else- I just called back for the first time and they gave me the name Jackie Vasquez?? never heard of her.
Help they keep calling!

They called my cell phone and it came up as "withheld."  The fact that they are withholding their name tells me they are up to no good.  Don't call this number - they are probably recording your data as you call in and then selling it.  This may be a way to get around the "no solicitation" law.

877-892-4325 keep leaving messages but won't say who they are or what they want.

I just went online to the National No Call Center and registered a complaint - I suggest everyone do the same.

I recieve calls from them daily. It almost verges on harassing. They'll call every 20 minutes for about two hours straight then stop for a few hours, then start again. They call my cell they call my home. They say it is for a bad check written to Papa Johns pizza but when I ask for hard copy proof of the debt, they will not do it. They were very rude when I asked to be taken off their list and only deal with them via mail. They lady cursed at me and hung up the phone. I have reported them to the FTC. They always call Anonymously too.

I received a call every day since May 7th. During that time I did call back and spoke with 2 different people telling tham that they had the wrong number because I was not the woman they were seeking. The calls continued. So, I answereed in a huff & said "what if I am so-and-so?" That apparently was not the right thing to do. They perceived it as I am "so-and-so." Now, they will not stop calling unless I send a fax stating that I am not "so-and-so" and that they have to find a new number to contact her. I was told to send it via fax to Security Check, Attn. Dispute Dept. and reference a particular case number. I'm doing it. Keep your fingers crossed for me! These calls are coming in via a live person and automated messages every day once a day! Very disruptive!

They keep calling for my roommate who tells me she has no idea who they are. After reading this, I can see from a post that they collect checks for pizza hut etc. My roommate orders pizza and writes checks. It pisses me off that she is doing that with my phone number on her checks. I have asked them to stop calling and they refuse to stop calling here. I have no idea what to do as my roommate has been kicked out. Any suggestions on how to stop them from calling since she is not here anymore?

I keep getting a call from this # asking for Matt.  It is restricted.  They left a message and I called the # back and a girl answered "hello"  I said I just missed a call from this #, hold please.  Well they wont remove the # until I fax a statement saying I do not know Matt and this isn't his #, since this # is printed on Matt's checks.  That is so not fair, why should I have to do anything?

Keeps calling my friend's Cell phone.
She is furious about the charges.

She was calling for 'Augie' for the 20th time.  I told "Jessica" (the name she gave me) that my husband had just gotten out of the hospital and the calls were really bothering him.  She said I needed to send a Cmail???? and when I informed her that she had better take care of this herself she said just a mintute and came back a full minute later and said That if we didn't send this Cmail that she would be calling tomorrow and wouldnt' allow me to talk over her and tell her that she would be sued for harrassment.

The caller said the same thing but looking for Chris.  They said they would call every day.  They said they need to have a fax to remove the number.  I called my lawyer and he said to let them know that if they do not stop calling he will file charges for harassment.  They are not allowed to call any number and request to talk to someone that does not live there.  Needless to say they removed my number ASAP...
