The gentlemen I spoke to at this number was very rude, it is some "Merchant Company" trying to give your company a loan based on your future sales, these are basically "Cash Advances" and this is how they get around being audited and regulated under loan regulations. The interest rates on these loans can be as high as 30% to 200%. BEWARE!!

I received a piece of mail from this company at work, with no company name on it anywhere, just this phone number....and a legitimate-looking check for $68,000.  It's attached to what is labeled a "Business Account Statement," and has our company name and some random "opening balance" number.  I called this number to make sure it's nothing important - and it's not.  It's a company called "Imperial Financial" and they deal in cash advances for businesses or something - they said this is a "pre-approval."  Well, it doesn't say anything about "pre-approval" or "this is not a real check" on it anywhere.  Horrible, deceptive marketing.
