harassing call about a debt summons will not give me info unless I say my social num

Received a call today at my home phone number, A lady in White american accent asked me to call this number 8778937631 to provide availability to receive a deliery of a legal document.

I asked her which departmetn are you calling from, she said We are a Legal document delivery compnay "Divison One". I believe its another Scam. Please Aware.

I received the same call today at my job. Only it wasn't for me, it was regarding my husband. Same exact conversation.

I received this same call today did they actually serve anyone or get arrested?

Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process.

so it has to be a scam? they have me really concerned bc they are threatening a court date and jail...

Total scam.   They are trying to scare you into paying them.  They will threaten "jail" or "arrest" or "warrants" but it's all nonsense, ordinary civil debt is just that.  You cannot be arrested for ordinary civil debt.  There is no court date and no jail.
If there is a valid debt, demand a debt validation letter and it must be delivered to you by US mail.  E-mail no good.

Don't give them any money and don't give them any information.  Block their calls.

The first time I heard about this "division one" was when they contacted my father asking for info. ON ME. Then about a month later they called my sister-in-law once again asking for info on me. Both calls where on personal cell phones. The funny thing is, they have never called my cell phone.

A lady..called...my house..she wants...to find out about me ..She wants to know..my Date of birth and Social security number....she wants to know what time I'm going to be home to deliver a legal documents. ..she was asking my sister...how many people lives here...and...she told my sister they are going to send the sheriff's to my house...because I have a lawsuit against me...
