They have called a couple of times saying, This call is for John Doe and if you are not him please don't listen.  Then you can't understand what company or whatever they are from and then to call this number.  I want it to stop!

says "call from debt collector, please call back". I don't owe anybody, must be a scam.

They sent me a summons filed by attorney Taylor law llc POBOX 436709 Lou,my 40253-6709 cach llc hired this lawyer to go in clark co indiana and file a judgement for my property... I call says lawyer for plaintiff cach llc fyi they bought it from first national bank of omaha......

Oh my case is online,,???, in clark county indiana. Then they called back and wanted my social no fdic says don't. #3016022 jason Taylor made appearance on 11-01-2016....?????? I'm trying to find help... U get. Hung up on when I have called lawyers

First, no one goes and "file a judgement".  They have to properly serve you, have a hearing, win their case, and then they get a judgement.  This all takes time, unless you fail to show up for the hearing, and fail to defend.

Cache, LLC is a junk debt buyer.  Most likely they don't have clear title to that debt.  They were required to send you a letter and you should have made them validate the debt.  From the sound of your post, that didn't happen.

Gave their name and stated they were a debt collector, but didn't state the name of the person they were calling for or for what debt. We don't owe anyone anything. Think this is a scam or zombie collector.
