Woman called company for employee from # 877-898-1619 Caller ID read TOLL FREE CALL.  Transfered to employee voice mail.  Woman called right back and very rudely asked for company name lol.  If she was paying attention she would of heard when i answered the phone.  Considering she is probably in a call center i said the name very slowly lol

smucks When they call tell them not to call anymore and only contact by mail and you are recording this. It is against the law. They may only call you only once more after that.  Now correspondence is the only way by (mail)  only

Berman & Rabin calling to collect on a debt.  Called the number back - rang 15 times and said to leave a message - I left dead air as the message.

Received call from the number. Let it go to VoiceMail. Voicemail message said it was an attempt to collect debt and to call back the number.

No message.

Receive calls on a regular basis.  About once a month.  Tried to return call the first time.  Rang and rang. Nothing.  Now I hear the name and hang up.

Left me a msg stating she was calling from the law office of Berman and Rabin and to return the call to either this toll-free number or   another long distance number.  I returned the call and she asked for my mailing address and date of birth.  I do not have any past or current outstanding debts so told her I would not release the information without knowing what the call was about.  She stated due to privacy reasons, she could not tell me what the call was about until  I  provided her the information.  She indicated she had my information, so I told her to tell but needed for me to provide her the information.  I refused and she said something would be mailed to me.

I too received a voice mail message from the offices of Berman & Raben, they stated they were attempting to collect a debt.  I have a credit monitoring service and have an EXCELLENT credit rating.  I deleted the message and will continue to screen my calls because I'M SURE I don't have any outstanding debts.

same as above - message said it was a debt collector & I have no debt ....have never answered but they keep calling

Per CWG40's post above it looks like they are a debt collector.

I think it's a fake number. These people buy old debt and are using this law firm as a cover. The law firm toll free number begins with 888.
