    I am sure I did not speak to anyone on the phone but a $78 charge showed up on my credit card and I know for a fact that it did not come from me.

    I had a charge on my credit card that showed only this number.  So I called it to find out who was putting charges onto my credit card.  How can I get the charge removed?
