They are serving me summons

Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process.  They will deliver the notification without warning.

As everyone posted above.  Trying to say we are being sued, would not provide any details such as filing number with clerk of courts.
BOGUS.

I just received a call from 210-485-4595, and a person named Johnnathan Parker asked me to call CDK at 877-902-8046 immediately with a Ref. # to get more detail info., and told me somebody want to deliver some legal info. to me and bring me to a court. If I'm not calling them by EOD today the company will go ahead to deliver the legal document.

I don't think this safe to follow their direction to call the number he gave me, but who can give me some advice on what I should do to protect me?

Nationwide Private Search called me from area code 210. They said they were "locators." They told me to call 877-902-8046 and said these people were "filing a claim against me." I did get them to tell the company was CDK. I asked how they got my number. They told me "it was in your file." Ummm... what file? Given that used a name I haven't had in a very long, I'm not wasting my time.
