Something about a returned item from my bank and I should reference file number (but they don't indicate a file number in the message).  Seems like either a scam to get bank acct info from me, or a poorly run automated service that is useless since it provides inadequate info.

Had the exact same thing - message about my bank and a returned item.  That I should call immediately to take care of.  They don't give a file number to reference and threaten legal action.  When I call back, it either rings & rings or sends me to some voicemail box.
Sounds like a scam to me.

got a call today from 713-568-9161 on caller ID.  left msg that a bank had returned an item and to have myself or counsel to return call to 1-877-908-2953  saying that this was Colson, Gamble and Assoc.   Called back the number and they were looking for someone I never heard of and I gave them an earfull  since I get a lot of these type calls for some reason and I'm sick of it.  will see if they call back

Same as everyone else on here, tried to call them back and nothing. Apparently they are too busy to answer thier phones...

These individuals are the scum of the earth...they try to intimidate by raising their voices! Do not give anyone any financial information!!!
They will be caught!!!

I have had this company call me 3 times. Once on my cell phone ! They are totally a scam. They call and tell you you have a check or financial problem that needs to be settled. Alot of people will go ahead and pay ! DON'T PAY !!!!!!

They call our home number 3 times... I suspected right away that this is a scam and we never called back - scumbags!
