    Caller telling me that fiber optic had arrived for my area, and AT&T was going around replacing the old wiring . I knew it was a scam, fiber optic has been in this area for years.

    Received 3 calls in November on different days.  Did not answer, sent calls to voicemail, no message, and blocked caller.  Now it is December and I received a call today, blocked caller again.

    It's a toll-free landline. They called a couple of times/left no message. I returned the call, recently, and the chime that ATT has for the co. played. It said it was being transferred to an operator, and all calls will be recorded. The caller ID said ATT.

    Got a call, supposedly from this number, on my cell, which flagged it as spam, so it didn't ring. No message left.

    This is a legitimate ATT customer service phone #.
    Even though many parts of my city already had ATT fiber optic some time ago, my neighborhood only got it recently.
    So they offered to run fiber optic wiring from their new underground wiring to my home, replacing the old copper wiring at no charge. After that, I signed up for their new higher speed internet. You can opt for 300 mbps, or the less expensive 100 mbps. Then they helped me with my government ACP program discount application. And they called me a couple of times to make sure everything was working OK.

    It's a toll free#. Caller ID said ATT. Someone from that # called, yesterday, hung up. I returned the call, today, and the recording for ATT responded informing you to press certain digits to direct you to the proper department to communicate with. I don't know what the issue was, so I can't

    It's a toll-free number. The caller ID said ATT. They called my private landline/hung up. My phone carrier is ATT. I already paid monthly bill when they called/hung up. I returned the call and got the standard recording providing prompts to access different tasks.

    It's a toll free number. The Caller ID said ATT. That is my service. They called/hung up on my private landline. I returned the call, and a recording answered saying it was ATT, and it provided prompts to utilize in order to reach the proper department. I had paid my bill way in advance, yesterday, so there wasn't any reason to contact me. Hmm??

    It's a toll-free number. It called my private number/hung up. The caller ID said it was ATT. I returned the call blocked. It gave the usual ATT recording. I saw no reason to have communication with anyone, since no voicemail was left explaining why a call was made/hung up.
