Called and threatened me

I received a call saying I was being brought up on check fraud charges. I have not written a check in many years as debit cards make it easy and convient. They said in the message that I have 24 hours to get in contact with them or they will be sending my paperwork for me to get served. I tried to look up the number on whitepages and no such luck on finding a business name and the lady in the message stated that I should have no problem getting into contact with them since it is a toll free number. When I called the number back I got a voicemail wanting me to leave my name, case number and phone number since I called after office hours. I called them back 15 minutes later. Any information on these people would be grately appreciated.

I just got the same message and they said they will serve me at place of my home and employment. Anyone know about this agency or law firm or whatever they are. Thank you

They called me too from a private #, I got a voice mail from "Kelly" and she told me the same thing about the number being toll free. I called the number back and gave the case #. They said I was having criminal charges brought against me for a payday loan from 2007. I spoke with a man named Ted Marshall. I asked for him to mail me paperwork on this matter and he told me he could only email it. I refused to pay a red cent to them, he told me with me refusing a payment I would be charged with felony charges and that my paperwork would be sent to the investigators in my county. The jerk said it was "Failure to cease and desist/non compliant/& it was a criminal matter. He also stated they would be coming to my home to arrest me and if I wasnt there they would go to my employer. I called my local authorities and they told me it is a scam and to avoid speaking with them.

The company is called Consumer Court Services, 708 Foote Ave #282, Jamestown, NY 14701.  consumercourtservices.org.  email - check.managementservices@gmail.com.  We have had the same experiences as stated above, yet they had contacted numerous family members and also ex-wife.  I asked for their information to send a court summons to which I got told to "get on a bike and ride" then hung up on.  It is a scam.  I am trying to contact Federal authorities to hope that they can help.

I send an email to them and got a "Yawn.  We have sold your debt and called the 3 credit report agencies. We no longer have a file on you.  Have a nice day"

Also, the legal department stated, that since this is a false company you can't sue unless you get specific names....which obviously they did not give.

Did contact the FTC and filed a claimed...not thinking it will do much though.

Just an FYI...if this so called agency is trying to collect for a pay day loan and they are based in New York. It is ILLEGAL for them to collect on a pay day loan. It is on the AG website states you cannot obtain a license to collect for these types of loans.

They called this morning saying we need information an regarding are address.. Do not give these crazy wanna be thugs any information police in your local city are aware of these LOSERS!!
