This is a fraud. They have called off and on for over a year. I don't even write checks. My boss has even cussed them out but they still call. I reported them to the Attorney General. Its a scam, they will try to get you to send them money. If you commit fraud the courts are not going to give you a call they will just come and arrest you. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.

I got a call from somebody named Patrick O'Reilly, telling me I had a bank fraud and criminal case was in court and had to go to the court in 40 minutes unless I settled at the moment on the phone.

It looks like this thief is using several numbers.  Debt (if you did owe) is civil.  You would never be called into court without a summons being delivered to you - and especially pay now so the problem would disappear.    IGNORE the caller.

Yes, you have been notified ... that some goon who can't prove you owe and is incapable of pinning you with "bank fraud" wants your money anyway. I would only return the call with an audio recorder ready to capture further lies which violate the FDCPA.

I got a call from Investigator Carlson for some person I do not even know, good luck on finding that person. They are VERY rude.  I will not call back, I am not giving out any information.  I do not know how in the world they got my number...wish they would go to jail!
