Called, but left no message.   Called the # back & got a recording that the call had been Pinnacle Quality Insight regarding a customer satifaction or employment survey and the may call me later.

Unlikely since I don't answer unsolicited/telemarketer surveys & am blocking thier number.

Called, but left no message.   Called the number back and  did not ring but a a recording that the company is Pinnacle Quality Insight regarding a customer satisfaction or employment survey.  Wants to leave a VM and someone to call back with in 1 business day.

Pinnacle Quality Insight-real person called - some kind of survey. Couldn’t pronounce my name and when I told her I had nothing to do with the company asked about she quickly hung up. Block this number.

My phone blocked this number as a SCAM caller. Twice now.

It was to ask me to rate the nursing home (several questions on how I thought the facility was doing- it's a Veterans Home) and I'm pretty sure it was legit. I looked up the company afterward and they do survey about nursing homes.

I received a fake request for payment on PayPal, with a note saying "Don't recognize? Call 877-959-9712." It was intended to look like a note from PayPal, but it was sent from the scammer.

Repeated calls from this number. Blocked.
