Answered and heard the beginning of a robo call so simply hung up.  Will not let the jerks waste even more of my precious time.  My Youmail identifies it as a Health insurance spam call.

Call center scam call. They certainly picked up for 2018! Five to six of these a day. Thank god for phone number blockers..

Calls multiple times a day, call center saying contractor for Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance, sounds American and professional until you ask verifying questions. Becomes, rude uses profanity and hangs up. Will not stop calling.

A robocall from UN-known - insurance scam - A search shows this number to be from Butler, PA. They keep calling using a different new number after being told to remove my number from their call list and blocked.
