I got two calls today on a blocked number referencing this number the number is either busy or when it rings I get disconnected

This message is for my name is I’m contacting you from the legal outsourcing division is the message I was left.

Outsourcing division is currently not accepting calls

Called from a restricted number and left a voicemail saying they calling on behalf of the legal outsourcing division, but did not give a company name.  Said a complaint has been filed against me and that they were going to be putting me on a schedule for immediate delivery of service and for me to be available with my state ID.
