Left a computer generated message about debt collection

Automatic message debt collection.

I received a call from American legal recovery by a Mr Brian Smith. He said they were going to file legal charges of check fraud and some other charge because of a loan from Advance America in 2012. Before we hung up he said the name of his company was Wright & Pain Consultants.

Robo  call .  Several calls during the week.  Begins. This call is for......
 Pretends to be a law office.

Apparently the message that comes up on the answering machine involves pain🤣

Annoyingly horrible scammers.  Its like they don't even try anymore. Just snatch someone up from the streets and give them a headset and set them loose.  If I answer, I get some car wreck of a female named "Lori Gronkowski"
who initiates the call with saying that she is calling from the county courthouse.  Though her grammar and sentence structure are phenomenally BAD, she tries desperately to sound educated and official.  If you ask her questions regarding proper and legal collection practices, she starts losing her stoic form and gets rude and, honestly, stupid.  She says that she doesn't have to answer my questions, that she doesn't have to give me contact info (specifically a street address) because I don't need it.  lol Call her and have some fun.  Listening to her lose her crap when you ask legitimate questions for which she has no answer is gold!
Try again guys.  If you're going to try to make me pay a bill I don't owe, don't hire sloppy ppl.
Oh! And if they leave a msg - its automated and says that if you don't call back, they will "enter a judgement without your knowledge"!!! lol If you have some spare time, give them a call.  All their time that we waste, the less they have to scam people who are elderly or inform.

Latoya Pointier from Buffalo kept calling and demanding money. Says she owns my debt and she will come to my house and take everything, even my kitchen table. Says my kids will be sleeping in a tent on the sidewalk. I asked her to please stop harassing me and she said she was going to send her "large black boyfriend to take care of me". I was very scared and called the police. They told me that it was a scam and they were going to look into it. She is such a mean lady.
