Left message saying he is a location specialist and has 2 cases against me. If I don't call back the will send authorities to my work or house. Left this callback number but no name of business.

For at least 4 years, 2 payday loan companies have been threatening me with a lawsuit with a court appearance.  Today, I received the same message as Littlelegs did---no name of legal firm or what court this is headed for.  Once again, my attorney friend has strongly urged me not to respond or to give this "outfit" any information.  All the information they would need if I was committing fraud (which they have mentioned each time they've threatened me with some kind of action) they would have on the payday loan application they seem to be working from.  I've not defrauded any payday loan company.   Our state's Attorney General's office has been notified about this several times.

Just got same message as above . I haven't borrowed from any payday loans. Crazy

I received the same message except mine gives his name as Mike Carter and gives that phone number 888-200-5964 with extension 401 for the legal department

Someone called my number just now for my ex husband’s mother from 10 years ago saying the same stuff and honestly I believe she would do something crazy

I just got the same message but he said his name was Steve Reynolds but same number and extension ect.

Received same phone call like everyone else. I blocked the number. It's a scam.

Received a call today from 888-200-5964 from Brightstar Solutions claiming they have two financial fraud cases pending against me and failure to respond will result in authorities going to my place of work and residence. I looked the name up online and found nothing relevant and typed in the number to find numerous robocall and fraudulent calls to others. I left a message and number for a return call before I researched online. Obviously a fake, easy enough to block if they call back, but I'd like to get in a real argument with the [***] before i do it.

I just got the exact same message. I called back and cussed him out.

Same thing as everyone above. This is crazy, must be doing their rounds and calling the whole country. I will delete the message, obviously fraud.

Fraud - called me and family members multiple times with different names same mama voice and diff company names..I have never taken any type of pay day loan out- ignore

Someone keeps emailing from some company. Saying I purchased a TV. Or smart phone. This # 800-200-5964 is left as a contact #.
Total scam.
I haven't ordered anything.

This man name Tim Synder called from 1888-200-5964 from Brightstar about a payday loan I told him to call my lawyer would not take the number and hung up

Mike Carter and Tim Sydner are the same people just listen to a robo call and they are the same
