just got one about 10 minutes ago

Caller stated that there was a summons to be issued and to have certain paperwork available when they come to my door or they would go to employer.  something about pressing 1

Received the same message 3hr ago...males voice  Stating they have a summons and he would be coming to my house or my employer within 24 hours and if they come to my employer security or my supervisor would need to be available as a witness. BS!

Caller said I need to have 2 forms of ID ready for when they deliver summons, bring it on [***], I don't owe anyone anything!!!

The typical ILLEGAL scare tactic of the crook.  Process servers do not call first!

Scare tatic..#1. caller doesn't say who the call is for.  says his name is "Tyler Allen" with "priority legal carrying services" then states they have a summon and he is scheduled to come to house or my place of employment within 24-48 hours and if they come to my place of employment a security guard  or manager would need to be available to be a witness. BULL [***]!

This guy keeps calling saying there's a summons to be served and a warrant blah blah blah and someone is coming to arrest me LOL

Personal information.  They called a police officer one day and she recorded it and posted it on FB.  It was great LOL

Calls from 10 different numbers daily. All robo calls. Stating he is trying to serve me papers. Hangs up when you call them asking company name.

They Federal trade commission has them as a banned debt collection agency and here is their name and number :

File a complaint against them with the Do Not call registry along with better business bureau . If they call more than 3 times after you have asked them not to then you can File a laws suit against them.

Threatening about a summons and wanting personnel information.

I got the EXACT same message with the EXACT same person on the SAME DAY! I actually just saw & listened to the message now & it’s been 4 days & no one showed up ANYWHERE! When they called & left a message, they give NO info about ANYTHING! Also, people who “serve” papers just SHOW UP!  It’s a scam!!!

Filed report with FTC. Called them back and played dumb, talked with Mary and asked if I was being recorded, she said yes. I told her that this company was not allowed to practice debt collection and that I filed a complaint. She hung up on me.

Incredibly rude. Calls themselves a legal offices and Wil not remove my number or that of my family members and started to insult me, using all manner of foul language and threatened to serve me at my office.
Called and called and the same guy picks up

Got a robo-call and called the number back. They said I was being sued for some cc card I don't even remember having, but they did have my SS#, so that's scary to me.

Just got a call, listed as Potential Spam so I didnt answer. He left this threatening message about needing info, serving papers, etc, and said if I didnt call him back, he wished me luck!  Good luck to him, [***].
