Shoebuy.com calling to verify an order.
I should have picked up, but couldn't find out who it was in time.
They did leave a message, and sounded professional and within-country.

they took my informaiton an dwanted to give me $100, but said they were shoebuy.

This phone number belongs to shoe buy. I called it to find out where my credit was, and got someone else. They were super super pushy and got my personal information to look it up, my address, then my visa number to put it back on, I found I paid it on Paypal, and said you have my information. But they got my visa, said they were the promotional department, and this was for a $100 gift card I could use as cash anywhere. We have to charge you $6.95 to send it to you. Answer the recording. I told them I am reporting them. I told shoe buy someone is using their phone number.

If they say they have a $100 Gift card for you, you got the promotional department, hang up and call back. You'll get the shoebuy company eventually. Shoe buy didn't seem interested in reporting it, but I told them to report it, and called the FTC and reported the number, that it is being intercepted.

They call EVERY DAY saying someone called them.  There is NO WAY that is happening.
