I called this number back and the machine said thank you for calling the Labor Law Poster center.

Recording regarding labor poster rip off.  I thought robocalls were illegal.

Had the same call today and seem to get it every year.  If you press 0 it will ask you for the quantity you wish to order, pressing 0 again will get you a live person that you can express your extreme dislike to.

Thanks Kathy for the directions for how to get to a live person!  The girl I spoke with was slightly polite with the personality of a cucumber.  She claimed that the removal is immediate...too bad for others that they don't mention a removal option during their poorly recorded ILLEGAL roboball.  I also reported this number to the FCC since it is a robocall.

I didn't pick up as didn't want to waste the cell minutes, but "press one for yes, two for no" repeated several times was left on voice mail.  It is really poor technology for an interactive message to be left on voice mail.  Are they stupid?

I've been getting the messages regularly (and deleting them) for a while, but it wasn't until today that I finally understood what was being said. Not just poor technology, but poor audio quality as well.

One of my employees, E,  just got a call from this number. It is, indeed, Labor Law Poster Center. E was almost tricked into okaying an order until the caller asked for payment: "Do you want to pay $67.25 now or do you want us to bill you?" E immediately asked "What?? I thought this was free!" and hung up on the caller.
After E told me, I called the number and got an immediate answer from a friendly gentleman. I told him what happened and asked to please verify no order was placed. He did and it was not. I told him their tactic is wrong and they should check the net to see all the bad publicity about themselves. I said you must change or the gov't will shut you down. He thanked me and we hung up amicably.

Oh, "Ticked" do not be fooled by the friendliness of these scumbags. They are duplicitous thieves. They will continue to call your business and will attempt to pick your pockets at some day in the future.

What a rip off! I worked for Montana Dept of Labor and then went to work for a private business in Butte.  Management there had recently purchased the mandatory posters from these hustlers.  The posters they sold were identical to Montana's free posters I used to hand out free!  Save yourself money and contact your local Montana Job Service office and ask for their free posters.  They might even deliver them to your business absolutely free!  Good Luck!

Robo call telling us our labor law posters are ready (didn't order any!)   They called a couple days ago and didn't leave a message.  How can you tell a robo call that you're on the "do not call" list?

Glad to hear about this number as I've received calls daily for the last several days at my office.  A guy always asks to speak with our CEO, but he won't leave a message or tell me who he is or about what he's calling.  Love this website!  It's one of the best resources for those of us who have to answer business calls all day long.

Calls every day about the same time..I don't answer it

Neither do I but I am tired of getting the same call every day and some times more than just once a day and hearing the same "press 1 for yes press 2 for no".. I wonder what do I press for them to stop calling!!!

I have received several automated calls from this company throughout the week!  I was so annoyed that I ended up calling the company and asked to be REMOVED from their call log ASAP.  I have gotten my labor law posters directly from the state FOR FREE!!!!!!

After repeated calls almost twice daily, I decided to call the number. A person actually answered and I informed her we were on the Do Not Call list and that they remove our number immediately. We are a Federal contractor and we get our posters free from the State and the Federal Government.

Now I will wait and see if they follow through.

This number keeps calling, multiple times a day, to confirm my address to ship posters.  I have not ordered any posters and I would like them to stop calling.  The message gets cut off by my voicemail system so I can't determine who (the company) that is calling.  

Where can I report this number to someone who can make them stop calling?

One call every day, same stupid recorded message.  I just filed a complaint at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx and would urge everyone else to do the same.
