I got a vm from them saying they’ve got a file under my name and social.  Then got an unknown call saying she’s a “private courier” for the local county I’m in.  I called back and then got a guy saying he’s the attorney that’s suing me.  Wouldn’t tel me who it was.  I said ok then serve the paperwork.  Then he threatened to harass my family members about this.  As I was getting off phone, he was still yelling threatening.  I just laughed.  Bogus call trying to get you to pay money by threatening court and harassment.

This number is calling and harassing my family but has never called me.  I have had the same number for 10 years.  Why would they be calling my family and not me directly?

Got called by the person Chris morrow saying the same thing.threaten me with jail. Said I would be served and want money for a loan I defaulted. I call the loan place and they told me my loan was sold but not to this company I tried calling back but no answer

Received a voicemail from this number.  Same as the other stories.  Voicemail cut off at 21 seconds, just before providing a case number.  These people should suffer in hell among the greatest of evils.  They didn’t take my money, they stole my time.

They just called me too with that foolishness!!! They have called 3 different numbers and saying I have warrant pending that going to be issued this week...Told me to get a criminal attorney...

person called my daughter saying that I must call them that I was being sued. That they were a local courier in my area. Stated that I needed case number and then a robot voice came on with a number, I don't know these people, they have never contacted me directly and I have had the same number for 15 years.

Same here 20+ years ago pior to getting out of military. Under the Soldier and sailers reliefs Act. Not binding under federal law

Been calling saying  there a retained  been filed against me call back or press one to be transferred to a live operation has a reference case number. I do know know what he taliking about

Called my phone , I don’t answer calls I don’t know. I let them leave message. States there’s a bill I need to take care of. Doesn’t say my name . Says a bill with my name and social . I ran a credit report no bill out there. They don’t leave an actt number it’s cuts off right after it says there’s an actt  number. Leaves another number for me to call. I’ve lived same place and same number for over 10 years now. These people need a trip to silver bar estates. Lock them up. 🤬

Just got a voicemail from them. Is it a scam? Should I bother returning the call?

Left message saying they were retained in a matter regarding my name and social security number.
They never mentioned my name and the message sounded like it was recorded. It cut as he was about to give the case number likely cause there is no case number! Total fraud!

So i just turnd 19 and in the past ive been through a lot of crap with bad parents so i got a call from some other people saying that i need to contact them because somthing suspicious was happining with my socal security noumber. I ignored it. After a week they said i had a few days to call or else sombody would come to my house to collect my debt and take me to cort. And just today thes guys called saying the same thing but its a diffrent noumber. Im almost 80% sure its a scam. But idk im very new at that kinda stuff cuz im so yung.

From a blocked number saying they were
Coming to serve me between 2-3. She then leaves this number and I could call and talk to them about the debt.

Received a harassing call from Michael Peterson saying he would be at my home on April 17... that I was to be sure to have a valid license and that he was working on behalf of the county!!! The number he left was 888 202 4252!!!

Scam! Real process servers don't call in advance!

They just keep calling and calling... They're taking up my time for something that don't even exist . From more than one number , they say they have an urgent matter associated with my name and social. I did call them back once and ask for a fax number and an address so that I could send them proof of payment (even though I really didn't owe anyone) ,,, they hung up on me so I called back several times and wow surprise surprise, they wouldn't answer the call , they just picked up and hung up all three times .... Pffft,,, Somebody please stop these people. I pray for the ones that fall for the scam. As well as the rest of us that know what's up but can't do a thing about it . We live in an evil world. I don't have time for the non-sence ... SMH...

They called our number looking for my husband's ex wife from 15+ years ago.  Good luck, your morons!   He hasn't seen her and could care less where she is.

They keep calling me and saying they're coming to my house and to have a valid I.D. . First they called my daughter, like how they got her # i.d.k.  and then say they are coming to my house ,but named my best friend house? Like how did they know that?.... Now they are calling my number, and saying my address with it, then at the end, it says .."consider yourself notified" .. of what? 😑

Strange # so I didn't answer. They left the 888 # for me to call them back in their message & I immediately googled it. Apparent scam!
