Call from a woman claiming to be with Gordon Schaefer, a private courier and was calling my phone number and said the message was for my husband.  He would need to make himself available, with valid state I.D. to sign for the docket.  He could contact the filing office, at 888-202-4252, before she arrived, to reschedule.  My husband had received these calls all last week, and now they are calling my phone, instead of his.  She also added, "other than that, consider yourself notified".

Just dont answer. If you answer, you’ll end up on their “hit list” and hound you from there. They buy these lists online for pennies.

Called 5/30/19 - Caller left the name Carrie Wilson regarding a 'pending matter that needs your immediate attention'. No other information.  BLOCKED!

I, my husband, and his mother got calls leaving a voicemail with the same exact script saying Lauren Schaefer is a process server for a county and she had an address that was almost a decade old saying she was coming to serve him a docket between 4-5 pm if he didn’t call this toll free number. We have no reason we would have court documents or need to be served and as we are both in the legal field, saw this for the scam it is. They are expecting people to be scared and threatened by the system. True process servers don’t call ahead and secondly they always have the correct address. Also, this woman’s closing statement saying “consider yourself served” is completely bogus. Serving someone over the phone is not legal. These people are bottom feeders preying on hardworking people. Don’t fall for it!

They called me regarding a sibling.  Threatened them with legal action and they said they would remove my number.

They called me today regarding a sibling.  I threatened legal action for harassment and they said they would remove my phone number.

They keep calling it’s a scam keep annoying my family it has to stop.

Called me saying his name was Evan and I had a loan I defaulted on. Said he was going to call all 11 people on my app and tell them all about me. Asked something about my license and if I wanted to keep them.. I told him to do whatever he needed to do

Left message on my Moms phone to call back regarding a 'pending matter' needing her urgent attn. She said her name is Carrie from ACS Asset Services. Not calling them back.

Message left. Name of company only started with Asset Management. Said I needed to call. Don't know who they are so ignoring. I have the answering machine set up to only answer after the fourth ring and announcement at 30 seconds. It appears they aren't smart enough to have it set up to recognize the end of the announcement!

Just got a call from this number, ignored and voicemail said it was Carrie Wilson with AC Asset Services and there was an urgent matter needing my attention to please call back. Thankfully all of you have reported this. Blocked the number and added to TrueCaller.

got a call from a private number asking if i was home, she was supposedly waiting for me at an address i lived at 2 years ago, she said she was a private carrier and had papers to serve to and to have my ID ready. Then she told me to call 8882024252 to update my address and gave me a 6 digit 'case number' i called that number and gave them the case number and he 'pulled up my account' he confirmed my name, phone # and last 4 of my SS#.. He said there was a complaint filed against my for intent to launder money??? So wierd!! I immediately hung up.

Lauren Shaffer called me and stated she had some documents that I needed to sign for and to have my ID ready when she got to my house. She said she would be there between 3 and 4 today and if I needed to change the "appointment" to call this number: 888-202-4252. She never said anything about my social security number. She had my first and last name and an address that I haven't lived at for a few years. I knew it was a scam and decided to search and see what results I found.

Please don't answer the phone this us a scam.  If you are ever being sued you get a subpoena for court  never a call if . Please don't answer don't respond

I got a call from this Carrie Wilson and left a message to call on the 888 number and called they know my name and last name and they said they have a case against me I know I owe some loans I didn’t pay. What do you think I should do

Tell them to follow the law by mailing you proof of the debt AND proof that they're legally entitled to collect said debt. Refusal to do so for ANY reason confirms the scam.
Phone calls are not a legal method of debt validaiton. Nor are emails, faxes, or texts. Only documents sent by good ole US Mail.

Tell your caller to MAIL you the required "Dunning Letter". When she refuses or starts to make excuses, case closed! She's a SCAMMER! No ifs, ands or buts.
