Sounds some BS Collection Tactic...I do have some collections...but it seems like they try to get more creative and more creative in their VM messages...

So Matthew I will be stopping out and I'm gonna go first to the residence I can certainly meet you at the place of employment if that's easier. Just takes a minute just have to meet up with you and check ID and get a signature any other questions you may have need to be directed to the filing party at 1-888-203-1151. File number H as in Henry R as in Raymond xxxxx dash xxxx."

Similar experience with Matthew yesterday. Claiming they have "sealed documents with notice of intent", wanting my ID etc etc. Google search does not come back with anything under the number provided. Another thing I do know is court systems, collectors, etc do not give a call in advance to serve papers. Tried calling again today, said in a message im scheduled to have the so called documents delivered between 12-5pm today. A quick google search will show you have to block private numbers that call, if you call from a private number ill respect your privacy by not answering and blocking it.

Exactly the same message that the other people have left here, except it was a woman who called my number and left a message.
    Scam. I have no idea who these people are. Don't answer them, block them and report them.

Update*** I was suppose to be "served" these papers yesterday, no one showed up. They called left a message this morning saying i was unreachable yesterday so they are putting me on the schedule to be served again today. They are just using scare tactics to get money.
