- JoanneJust received an email from the Better Business Bureau in Arizona. They requested a copy of the so called court order that Perlmutter sent me. I also received a response from the Consumer Protection Agency. I do believe Perlmutter and Associates along with Chris Miller (WHO IS NOT AN ATTORNEY!!!) are in trouble.
Anyone reading this, please DO NOT GIVE IN TO THEIR LIES OR HARASSMENT. If they call tell them you will be recording the call (they will most likely hang up or say they will not be recorded, if they do you can tell them not to call you anymore unless they are willing to be recorded). Also write them a Cease and Desist letter and mail it our certified with a return receipt. If they call or harass you again then you have a law suit against them. - f--kem replies to f--kem| 1 replyWell today I received another letter from Chris Miller called a NOTICE of 1099 MISC (LOAN DEFAULT). This is after I have sent them a registered mail with tracking number 7013 2630 0002 2039 0068 stating them to show proof of their debt to include the contract that they had with medi credit. They had 30 days to reply upon receipt which expired on 8 January 2015 . Yet they dared to send this new notice. I have them by the b a l l s . and now to n=enhance and enforce a law suit I will be filing a complaint with the national protection bureau. Lets raise HELL
- CWG40 replies to f--kemLooks like they are throwing around IRS forms in an attempt to scare you. Don't know why they would send you a letter referencing an IRS form and not send you the form itself properly filled out. It doesn't seem that they know what they are doing, but hope to scare you.

Federal Rule of civil procedure 41(a)(I)A(I)" doesn't mean what they say it means. I admit I fell for it at first they have my name, address and social so I thought it was legit at first. I called talked with them they scared me a little so I googled my ass off and when they called back I told them to do what they had to do. I started googling the Form number the address everything. They say I owe $14,135.91 @19.9%. On a loan in 2005 which I already received a charge off. The letter I got today doesn't even have a address they just have this 888 number.
