They called my sister and they called my mother's phone blocked looking for me and put it on the voice mail saying that I need to call this number 888-214-0514 to pay this money from Guaranty Bank or they will send a summons out. And the amount is $1,112.

They called, very nasty looking for my daughter. They called her phone but did not leave a message. Called her brother also.

Called restricted didnt  leave me a message but called and left messages for my mom and brother saying they are with R&R Law firm and have had failed attempts to reach me and they are filing a law suit against me.  Said they will put a lean on my car and freeze any accounts and take money as well as take any tax returns.  Said I owed over $3000 for an account with Guarantee bank 8 years ago.  She said I could talk to the attorney right now and settle it for 600 otherwisein the next 24 to 48 hours they paperwork was being filled with the courts.  Never gave a name when they answered the phone or anything.  Huge scam!!!!!

What was the result of all this? They are calling me now. Please any info would help

Got a call from a local number even had my old address said I needed to call  888-214-0514 I have no clue what this is

I received this call also, previously got another call, scared I agreed to pay once I received the the correct documents, and gave my account information to pay. Upon receiving the email with my so-called account information there was a different name listed in the papers. Also a different amount of what I owed from an account that closed over 10 years ago. After further investigation this was a total scam and when I stated to them my attorney wanted to look over the contract they stopped calling.
