I have several phones from someone claiming to be Microsoft saying my software license is expiring and that I will lose everything that I have on my computer

I am getting the same call from 13 different numbers so far.  Today I received a  email with the 0556 # for a call back.  Microsoft said it was a scam.

We sent a (code) to billing@officefamily.us, which was accessed from different location
We are going to block your email access within 48Hours due to illegal activity found on this email address.
If you didnt do this please call back to support team                                   +1-888-214-0556

I got the exact same email message / language (from billing@officefamily.us)  as byron stephens (above). I was going to call the number it stated, but I decided to do a google search first.  I'm glad I found this site where some others reported similar scams from this number.  Thank you .

This scam is still active. Don't fall for it.

I received email from renew@officefamily365.live wanting me to renew, and asking me to call 888-214-0556. I think it's a phony. The cost to renew is $199.99 for 5 pcs, 5 phones etc. So, no call, just email.  I won't answer.

That IS a scam-that is in NO WAY from Microsoft (guessing that's who they claimed to be)
