Number calls multiple times a day,  never leaves a message. When I try to call back, I get an automated message saying "this number is not yet activated...."

Repeatedly call even after I stop, at all hours.  Use different numbers and fake caller IDs.  Block one number, they use another.  Looking for Brooke.  Keep telling them not to call, and the still keep calling.  They use kids who don't understand DNC list and they don't train on it.

They charged  me money and i didnt buy anything  and i got no invoice, no transaction number, no tracking number, i was just charged.  What can i do and how do i go about getting back the money thwy charged me. I got no calls from them but i got charged and recieved nothing. What is up?

I have had two fraudulent charges on a bank account from someone using number 888-214-1859.  I have not received a call from this number.  It is the number used on the fraudulent charges, but I have been receiving lots of calls from numerous numbers over and over again that could be linked to this person too.

Presumably you reported the fraudulent charges to your bank and closed the account. If not, do so immediately.
