This number belongs to a mailing I received for ATN out of Sheridan, WY. Although I have seen other posts here about this same scam, they were earlier in the year and came back to different phone numbers, which could be why I had difficulty finding any information on this number at all.
The letter mailed has a return address of: Official Document, 1300 Pennsylvania Ave. SE #434, Washington DC 20004. The letter inside is one sheet of paper printed on both sides, no particular company letterhead, but a generic looking, bad graphic, golden seal with the words "Authentic Gift Delivery Notification" typed inside the seal and the name of a nearby-to-me town printed underneath in a gold banner.

The letter has a cheesy black plastic bar/box attached to it near the top with a pull tab sticking out. The recipient is to pull this tab, match up the revealed numbers with a scratch off circle further  down and bam! You're a winner! It appears as though everyone is a winner from what I've seen on the other thread here at 800notes. Shocking.

The prizes offered begin with a 2019 Toyota Prius Hybrid, 7 Night Royal Caribbean Cruise with Airfare for 2, Samsung 70" LED TV, and New Apple iPad Air.

Apparently, this "company" is using the following line to reel people in if the above prizes aren't  enough: "...just for being a winner you are also going to receive up to a $100.00 Walmart Gift Card but you must respond within 7 days..." *  There is no date on the letter, so my best bet is that you could call as long as the phone number hasn't been disconnected,** you know, if you felt like listening to a sales ploy/scam for overpriced time shares or some such.

On the reverse side of the letter, at the bottom, are the terms of this so-called contest. This is where you find the "Company" name of ATN, 30 N Gould St, STE R Sheridan, WY 82801.

If one were to Google this phone number it reveals nothing. Searching ATN Sheridan WY reveals a bit more, putting in the entire address gives one a building with approximately 6 companies located within the same "Suite R" at 30 N Goulding (whitepages).

If you have received this letter and are wondering whether or not this is a scam, I'm not here to tell you how to think or what to do. But I did note the three different locations between the envelope and letter. The letter wasn't provided on any company letterhead. Information on ATN cannot be found easily on the Internet. A "Company" that changes its phone number every two or so months seems a bit suspect. You be the judge. (But don't forget to look at the other ATN threads here. People on those threads actually phoned this " Company.")

*Of course there is a Walmart Gift Card within the promise of prizes; it seems so ridiculously irresistible this way and too good to be true!

**According to the letter I received,  this contest is open from 11/15/2018 until 1/15/2019. I suspect ATN will send out a new batch of letters with a new phone number after 1/15/2019.
