I received a call from this # saying I’m being sued by Wells Fargo. For an overdraft of 200.17 and that I needed to pay 1080 right away. If not they were gonna send someone with legal documents. They knew my social  security and birthday.

They seem to know slot of our personal information. But why was this debt that was in collections never on our credit?

I also have received calls and also text message. They even contact my family members.
Is this a scammer

This number is a scam. They said I owed US Bank over $1000 but they were willing to settle for less today. I've never had a US Bank account and nothing is negatively reported to my credit. I told them to send it to a collection company and the guy got mad lol. And they also texted me a few days prior to this as well from 424-332-5306

They contacted my sister who called me afraid that something bad was about to happen. I called and spoke to the "attorney" who know my SSN, address, etc. He knew info from my credit report too. Told me I had to make a payment today or it was going to be double the cost. Also, oddly enough he asked me if I would be paying via Visa or M/C and ifmy middle initial was on my credit card. Total scam! I wish I had not even called them!

Wanted money saying I owe HSN. HSN says no way. It's a Scam! I have never ordered from HSN

I received a call from this number also saying that I owed US Bank a lot of money. They said I could pay less today if I didn’t it would go to court and then it would be double the amount.

She got mad when I told her I was calling US Bank to verify some of the information. Seems like a scam to me.

This has never showed in my credit report.

I get getting theses calls saying legal things are going to happen .  Is this a scam.  No way am I calling them
