Got the same message ourselves today.  Same phone number with a case number.  Same legal case description / threat....

Same message.

The number comes up as 0000000000 and then says there is pending legal action and to call back with a case number 888-214-2763.  The name used was a relative - so they aren't completely fishing in the dark.

Been getting a call for YEARS around this for a Tanya. I know one Tanya with my last name and she has no idea what it’s about either. Scam all day. Wtf

Same here. I received a voicemail but no missed call and the name they gave was of my dirtbag uncle who has stolen my identity in the past so I thought it was plausible until I came here.

Same thing --- law suit/time sensitive.   Gal introduced herself as "Ellie Perez".   Funny thing is she got stumped for a second on her last name
