Called my cell from a different number than requested to callback.  Said they're from some agent location service. Scam BS.

Some location company called me and said this company called first equity was filling a lawsuit and I needed to call them. I called phone and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. she wouldn't give me any information except that I owed a bank that I had never banked with before a whole bunch of money and when I asked to speak to a supervisor she told me to have a nice day and hung up.

Same thing happened to me today. They never called me directly but called my friends, family and employer. I called them back and same story they gave you. Scary thing is they had mt SS#. I told them to send me the information and I would give it to my lawyer.

Same as above.  Called from a # then given this # to call to get more information on my legal case.  I called..person who answered was rude & tried to tell me that I owed large amount plus higher amount for legal & court fees... for an eBay MasterCard.  Which I’ve never had.  I asked dates & more info.  Stated my uncle (an attorney) would be contacting them.... she said she needed to look for more details in my file (while I waited I heard another woman raise her voice to someone on the phone).  I acknowledged then person I was speaking to told me after further review she was closing my account out.  I told her I thought so & i’d Be reporting both numbers as scam/fraud.

My father received a text from Civil Location Services asking to return call at 888-214-4133, they gave case number, but they did not have his complete legal name.  The lady from First Equity said this person was 51, my father is older than that.  She insisted this person was related to us and she needed the phone number to verify more information. I only gave her the case number and said she should have all the information on it.  I told her if we receive additional correspondences, that I would report to authorities for harassment when I already told her that, my father was not the person they were looking for. And yes, she was very rude.

they have already broken several laws including sending that text message why would you not report them immediately?

I recieved a txt message that it was urgent that i contact them... I did i never had a bank account with the bank they said... Plus they had my social too... Thats scarey an a address of mine over 10 yrs ago... I had my whole wallet stolen around then n i can prove it too cuz i went to police... I would never ever owe a bank at all... Never

Same here. This is Scam and rudest stupid people works for this . They tried to scare you and asked for money . How the hell I owed equity loan and asking me to wire a money ! Shame on these scam people. They got nothing to do in their life but scamming !

A male called my husband regarding a First Equity Loan stating that if he did not call the number listed above 8882144133 within 24 hrs he would have a bigger matter to deal with. The man called from a different number - When he called the number provider a female answered and asked if he was ready to discuss his case information but couldn’t provide case specifics. As I chimed in during the call she told me she wasn’t going to allow me to yell at her and that she was speaking to Mr.R , I informed Miss Jessica that I was recording the call and that I was going to report to the Attorney Generals office - She then stated for him to call back when he is ready to discuss his case when I’m not present! Did anyone else receive the call from a male first from a different number?
