This number called asking for an address For my son to serve him with summons papers to appear in court for a lawsuit against him on an old debt. By the end of the call he had made a payment for half of the bill and was told the suit would be dropped. I’ve contacted the original biller and find this was never in lawsuit status. We now believe he was scammed for almost $400. I’ve turned this into the Federal Trade Commission for investigation.

I got the same call from the same office of Law office of Levy and Cohen two weeks ago. I was lucky enough to stop all payments with my bank. But now they are harassing me.
