    A robo-voice, "Officer Charlie Williams" from "Windows Security Headquarters".  Says they are receiving a constant stream of errors and virus warnings from my computer.  If I don't want my IP address blocked, call an 800 number.

    No doubt that 800 number leads to someone who will "offer to help remove the virus" if I would allow them back-door access to my computer.
    HOW WE KNOW THIS IS A SCAM
    1: Windows Security Headquarters?  Same name as other similar scams.  The "new" twist is the guy claiming to be a cop.
    2: The original message said "a constant stream of errors and virus warnings over the last 2 weeks.".   Nobody was using my computer over that period.  It was off and disconnected when I needed the power strip for a class at work.
