Left message for me to return the call or they would pursue legal action.

1st Call Diana Green (Restricted call) Called and said they had a lawsuit/judgment gave a file number. Called 888-214-6509, Wanted Social Security Number. Told them to send paperwork regarding. Wanted address and social security number, Rude, wouldn't answer questions, all over the board. I believe this is a SCAM.

Same as above only different name. Very rude.

Got a call from someone who told me to call this number with an account number,  I called the number and gave them the account number and they transferred me to a guy who was super rude.  He wanted my SSN and Birthdate.   I told him to send me all documents via certified mail,  and I would comply if my lawyer agreed.  He got super rude and told me I had to give him the information,  I hung up.  Don't trust this account, very fishy,  either it's a super skummy scam.

Received a very vague phone call on 3/21/19. I returned the phone call and talked to a very rude Mr Donn Smitz threatening to file a lawsuit on 3/22/19 for a checking account with outstanding money owed after the checking account had been closed back in 2008, if I didn't respond to taking care of debt by the end of the day. Supposedly 3 collection agencies had tried to contact me to collect money. He gave me an account # and told me to call the bank and ask if they had availability to the Mars System to verify it. I could settle for around $500 or go to court and have to pay over $5000.

just received a call from this number, saying that i was a defendant in a litigation suit wells fargo had against me from 2008. Said they tried to "serve" me 2 weeks ago and set a letter by mail 48 days ago. asked if i wanted to resolve the issue, told me to hold to see if she could talk to "counsel" to get it lowered to $750 dollars. had my address and last 4 of my social. definitely a scam!

Is this a scam? Call shows unlisted but the number they left to call back was 888.214.6509. Called me left voice message for some other person's name (Lisa Dalton) with a file case number 1915193 and said to call back or they take legal action.  I called they answered as 'Vista Towers' and they asked who I eased calling for. I couldn't remember name so I gave them the case file number and they said 'Ok, Case for Jose Golongas?' I said no and told them they got the wrong number. They asked for my number and i refused. Then they asked for the 'last 4 numbers of my phone number' so they could remove it from their list.

Received the following message, this is the 3rd PRIVATE number call and message: "Hi this is an urgent message intended for "my name" my name is Danielle Smith. This is the final attempt contacting you regarding a complaint thats been forwarded down to my office for consideration of legal action coding (?) the filing of a lawsuit complaint with the court to discuss the pending legal actions that have been filed at office number 888-214-6509. Reference your pending case number of 191--3191. Please note this is a time sensitive matter for you as they do not receive a response they will be forced to proceed without your participation or your concerns. Thank you."

I received the same phone call as above people with same instructions. I dfon't knoe them, ever heard of them, so i figured this a a Scam call. I have not and will not call them backl. If they are legit, let them send me correspondence by mail..

Same thing happened to me today.Finn Smitz.Vista towers.Restricted number.My bank said it was a scam.Have not received any papers.I'm always home.No 9ne has come to my house.
