Caller says potential lawsuit against me in voicemail. Leaves this number but no law firm name, no caller ID, no court name, etc. Must be scam.

I got a call saying I had a old account with Wells Fargo from 2008 and now it is 2019.  They said they were trying to reach me at a old address I have not been at in over 13 years. He said he was going to call my employer and take me to court. I laughed and hung up and told them good luck.

I answered the first one told the dude I was driving told me to hang up and left his whole ramble saying they were possibly taking my husband to court.

Got the same call. I called them back they said my account was from 2008-2009 i was literally 14 then so

John Gaddy called to say he has been forwarded an urgent business matter. Urgent blah blah. no firm name, no details. Clearly just reading a script. called from a blocked voip number

Called my phone for a family member using their old maiden name... Not sure how they got my number. Caller 9 Danielle Smith) said potential lawsuit was filed, came through her office. She left this number and a "case number", but never said what company she was calling from. Sketchy!!

Same experience, called from a law firm, no name of the firm. Called both of my parents, but no call to me directly. Very strange.

Received a call from a "NO CALLER ID" in which she gave me a reference number and to call #888-214-6935. That number said the law firm was Langston, Bradswaw & Associates and they wanted to deliver something to me. Wanted me to verify my SSN. I googled the number while on the phone to read the comments.

I got the same one they even told my ex i used him for reference and we have divorce since 89.

Yeah they called looking for my ex-husband, saying there was a case against him that they would be filing charges. Okay, he is my ex since 1998, 21 years ago. Seriously?? These scammers are digging way to far. He has a listed number.

Same thing with Wells Fargo Bank, but I have been with them for years. Called the corporate offices to verify an old account and they had 0 record. This is a scam and if it is an old bill you owe. Make sure you read up on the proper way collection activities should take place. You have more rights than you think. I managed to win a violation case and an old debtor from 14 years ago had to pay me around a $1,000 for it.

They called me 4 times, once every week. They are calling for my brother about a Wells Fargo account. Talked to my brother about it and said he never had an account with Wells Fargo. Wondering why they are calling me?
