The number belongs to Bell Canada tech support.  I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message, so I can only presume a sales call...  or, a scammer is smart enough to fool the system into representing them with a false number...

My feeling is this is Bell aliant , Jan.2019 I got sucked into a great package for what was supposed to be for 2 years , after the 2nd months bill came in it went sky hi , and they wouldn't come good for the 2 yr. pkg , I cancelled and they sent me a bill from Bell Canada (that end owns the t.v. programing not Aliant) saying I owe them $ 31.00 , They bill a month in advance which they will admit , so I said to them by my calculations (math 101) they owe me .Now they have a collection agency calling 2 -3 times a day , I am filing a complaint with the CCTS (CRTC) You can find the CCTS website online and fill out the simple form in 20 mins. but I requested a blank form to fill out as there is so many infractions/problems with their ethics with most services I have with them or soon to be HAD!! with them , You can find out a lot about the telcom companies on the CBC website about the numerous complaints about Bell and others but my expieriance to date with Eastlink is the best ever and I don't see 1 complaint about them ,further they are not in anyway affliated with Bell .Do your research Bell is ripping you off & has been for yrs.!!

I called Bell a couple of days ago for a tech support issue. Since then, they've been harassing me with calls wondering how happy I was with the customer service. I told them they didn't resolve my issue, and then assumed that was the end of it. Noooooooo. That just prompted more harassing calls all day long. I'm in bed sick with Covid, you idiots. Stop waking me up when I'm trying to recover from this. Six calls in 24 hours is too much.
