Called and claimed that I had critical errors in Quickbooks and would repair but I would have to purchase a Service Pack for 1 year that would cost me $999.99 for one year and $1,499.99 for two years. What a deal - Quickbooks charges $240 a year. I believe the caller was a Quickbook Pro Advisor passing themselves off as Intuit Quickbooks. Don't buy!

Definitely a scam. Not even affiliated with QB or Intuit, in all probability. If they had a thick middle-eastern accent, it was a scam for sure.

Complete scam. They got us, luckily we researched before it went further and disputed with the card. You can bet we got a call within minutes. They are definitely pros and could easily scam unsuspecting people. Jerks. Karma to them!
