this guy is just looking for bank information after threatening legal action.  SCAM!!!!

my daughter and I both received the same message.  it stated we needed to call immediatly regarding a 'legal matter' and to avoid further legal action - we needed to contact the petitioner.  I worked in a legal office - I have never heard of anyone contacting the petitioner to 'avoid' futher legal action!  SCAM!! I filed a complaint with our attorney general's office, I suggest everyone do the same thing!

I received a call from this number being told I was being served court papers because of some loan I own 590 on. Which is false. I waited for the papers all day and shockingly NOTHING!!!! When I called and said WTF!? They gave me a bunch of bs. They couldn't even tell me my full address of my full name or my ssn only the last 4 digits! IT's A SCAM!!!!!!

We don't know what this company is but, somehow, these people got our credit card number.  First, they billed us under Tech Products Now for $79.95 and we disputed that charge.  Now, they are billing us $14.95 on the first of every month through the name Xpress Living Tech Today.  After the third month of disputing the charge to have it reappear again on May 1st, I reported them to our credit card company as a fraud, closed that account and had them issue us new cards.  I hate thieves!
